Put simply (or not!) - I'm a producer of podcasts, radio & music as well as an editor/sound designer/project manager/video editor & occasional radio/podcast host.
I am a radio & podcast producer, audio/video editor, sound designer, and mix engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Production. Currently, I work at a radio station producing broadcasts and podcasts, while project managing and facilitating their audio/video training and training programmes to aid employment.
My freelance and production work spans broadcast radio, podcasts and video production. Recent credits include producing Factory International’s 'Dream Space' podcast (hosted by Gemma Cairney), assistant producing and editing BBC 6 Music’s 'Focus Beats', Audio-Technica’s 'Test Pressing' (hosted by Deb Grant), and researching, scripting, and editing educational series for BBC Bitesize.
Additional audio and video credits include 'How To DJ' with Chris Hawkins, BBC Radio 4’s 'Two Faced' (mix & master) and 'Andy Mycock: Named, Unashamed' (location sound) - alongside production and post-production for projects like 'Talk About Talawa', 'The Dee Wing Podcast', 'Seemingly Unrelated', and Campfield Studios’ 'Foundations From Campfield'.
Across my career, I've worked with major record labels, recording studios, radio ad agencies, and audio post-production houses. My technical background spans location recording, Foley, sound design, and mixing for animations, musicals, and live TED conferences.
Additionally, I'm a music producer & DJ supported by BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Mixmag, and well-known DJs. I have performed in the UK and Vietnam and hosted many radio shows & podcasts.
